Mie Celor



Celor noodles are noodles served inwards a mixture of kokosnoot milk too ebi broth (dried shrimp), mixed alongside edible bean sprouts too served alongside boiled egg slices, sprinkled alongside celery slices, leeks too fried onions. This dish comes from the urban meat of Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia, too together alongside Pempek has larn a typical dish of Palembang. The size of the noodles used is bigger, such equally Aceh Noodles or Japanese Udon noodles.
